Some people are simply more sensitive than others. Air conditioning, for example, is one of the main causes of sore throats, along with seasonal temperature changes.

In general, at first you have an itchy throat, which soon turns into a sting that is accentuated when swallowed.

For this reason, we want to present you the best known remedies for sore throats: herbal juices and infusions, fruits and vegetables.

Infusions and juices that relieve sore throats

Infusion of lemon and apple cider vinegar

Bee honey relieves sore throats

ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Juice obtained from half a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • A small knife tip of cayenne pepper

This remedy is ancient and very effective. Thanks to the properties of honey, apple cider vinegar and lemon, this treatment reduces inflammation and cleanses the throat walls of viruses or bacteria. In addition, this drink strengthens the immune system.

To prepare the infusion, all you have to do is boil a glass of water in a kettle. As soon as the water starts to boil, add the lemon juice and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.

After pouring the mixture into a cup, add the honey and cayenne pepper. The taste of this infusion is quite strong, which is why we recommend that you drink it more slowly, to allow it to act on the throat. Consume at least two servings a day for three consecutive days.
