Instructions

  • Start by washing the tuna slices well. Shake them to remove excess water.
  • Then put the tuna in a large saucepan, along with 2 cups of vinegar and a pinch of salt. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  • While the tuna is boiling, grind the garlic well and mix it with the ground cumin and a drop of oil. You will get a homogeneous composition.
