- 1 beet
- ½ cabbage
- 1 carrot

Method of preparation
- Cut the beets, carrots and cabbage into small pieces.
- Season them with herbs.
- Add lemon juice and olive oil.
- Add a pinch of salt and serve the salad.
Carrot and apple salad
ingredients
- 4 large carrots
- 1 celery stalk with leaves
- 2 small apples
- 1 small onion
- 1 coriander thread
- ½ cup of raisins (60 g)
- 5 whole nuts
Dressing ingredients
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice (45 ml)
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed or sunflower oil (30 ml)
- 1 teaspoon bee honey (7.5 g)
- Teaspoon of spicy curry (2 g)
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger (5 g)
Method of preparation
- Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
- Wash the apples, cut them in four and remove the seeds. Shave them through the large holes in the scraper.
- Add the finely chopped celery stalk and a few leaves.
- Add chopped coriander, sliced onion, finely chopped walnuts and raisins.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour it over the salad and mix well.
Salad with spinach and oranges
ingredients
- 4 cups spinach (120 g)
- 4 oranges
- Lucerne
Dressing ingredients
- 1 orange
- Gras red bell peppers
- 1 celery stalk
Method of preparation
- Wash the spinach, orange and alfalfa and cut them into small pieces. Put them aside.
- For the dressing, crush the peeled orange and add the finely chopped bell pepper and celery.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
Rocket salad
ingredients
- 1 orange
- 1 link of arugula
- 2 small sweet pears
- ½ rodie
- ALMOND
Dressing ingredients
- ½ squeezed lemon
- 1 tablespoon honey (25 g)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (45 ml)
Method of preparation
- Wash the arugula, discard the thicker stems and let the water drain.
- Lightly bake the almonds in the pan, without oil (on low heat). Set them aside.
- Wash, peel and cut the orange and pear into small pieces.
- Put the arugula in a bowl and add the orange, pears and ripe almonds.
- For the dressing, pour in a bowl the lemon juice, honey and olive oil and mix well.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix.
Fruit and vegetable salad
ingredients
- Spinach
- Lettuce
- ½ cabbage
- 1 artichoke (optional)
- Corn grains
- 1 apple
- Broccoli
- 1 handful of almonds
- 2 slices of avocado
- The juice of half a lemon
- Olive oil
Method of preparation
- Cut the vegetables, apple and avocado into small pieces and place in a bowl.
- Add the corn kernels and almonds.
- Season with lemon juice and a little olive oil.
